Group offers and presentations

Here, I present you some optional group offers and presentations. They are not exhaustive, but shall give you an impression of what we can arrange together.

Mothers with young babies are very welcome to my groups. Please let me know in advance, before you register.

Group offers (for adults):

Growing together, Emotional and Bodywork

In relationships, we often encounter repetitive patterns of conflict and suffering. In general, these experiences resonate with the original wounds from childhood and related feelings and protective mechanisms. Emotional and bodywork enables us to use the expression of these emotions for reconnecting to the primary traumata, and to integrate them – which helps us dissolve them. This liberation results in a caring relationship with oneself and others, and for living a fulfilling partnership.

Group Duration: 2, 2.5 or 6 days; 5-8 participants.

Butoh (Dance)

In my group offers, I combine Butoh with other self-experiential and –reflective offers, such as meditation, exercises in body observance, exchange in pairs and small groups, encounters with nature and sometimes singing, inner image journyes or a rattle ritual.

Themes are subject to discussion – for example: Softness, Joy of Life, Closeness and Distance, Fire Power, Dignity, Heart, Inner Child…

Group Duration: 2 hour evening sessions, 1-7 days; minimum of 7 participants, maximum number depends on the space (appr. 5sqm/person)
